Our May Second Saturday Supperclub is set to be a truly special evening, as we welcome for the first time one of our favourite dinner party hosts and gifted local chef, Georgie Hamilton. Known for her beautifully balanced, seasonal cooking, Georgie has curated a sumptuous menu that celebrates the very best locally sourced produce, bringing bold flavours and thoughtful touches to every course.
Smoked mackerel pâté with lime and pickled ginger, served with Cradle sourdough
Blushing fillet of Lavenham Butcher venison with oregano chimichurri, herby roasted sweet potatoes, harissa carrots and purple sprouting broccoli
Spiced orange Panna cotta with poached rhubarb
